Returns and Exchange

All items are inspected and packaged securely and safely before being dispatched. However, should there be any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can further assist you.
▪ Returns/Exchange for all online orders cannot be processed from our offline stores.
▪ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. In case your earrings have arrived in the mail damaged or faulty, please take pictures right away and contact us on email@example.com.
▪ You may be entitled to a replacement or refund only if you receive faulty or damaged goods. We will only accept refunds & exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.
▪ All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
▪ The cost of returning items for exchange or refund is to be paid by the customer. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
